Anniversary sessions are always so fun. Why? Because you don’t feel the pressure of engagement photos, you’re settled into who you are as a married couple, and you can just relax and have a great time! Booking your wedding photographer is a bonus because instead of having to get to know someone new, it just feels like you’re meeting up with an old friend ;)

Emily + Jake have made this a priority for them which I love! Last year we went to a pretty awesome river bank with cliffs, this year we decided to try for the desert. They were willing to try whatever I threw at them, even when it meant a LOT of running in sand, haha. I can’t wait to see what we create together in the years to come!
